Sony Pictures just released the first official trailer of Ricki and the Flash, the upcoming Comedy, Drama, Music film directed by Jonathan Demme, based on a script by Diablo Cody.
The film Stars Meryl Streep, Kevin Kline, Sebastian Stan, Mamie Gummer, Audra McDonald and Rick Springfield.
"Ricki and the Flash is about a hardcore musician (Meryl Streep) who gave up everything for her dream of rock-and-roll stardom. She returns home to make things right with her family."

It will be the third film Streep and her real-life daughter Gummer would be seen together after 1986's Heartburn and 2007's "Evening" also the third film Streep filmed with Kline, her costar in Sophie's Choice and A Prairie Home Companion.
Plot:

Ricki and the Flash hits the theaters on 7th August, 2015.
