    Aishwarya’s ‘Jazbaa’ is a remake of South Korean film 'Seven Days'


    With Aishwarya Rai Bachchan all set to make a comeback with the film Jazbaa, the stakes are high considering the massive fan following the former beauty queen has. 
    The film will be a psychological-Crime thriller directed by Sanjay Gupta and stars Aishwarya Rai Bachan in the lead role.

    The original movie (Korean) 'Seven Days' was released back in 2007 and is about a successful lawyer who, in order to save her daughter, is pressured into defending the innocence of a man slated to receive the death penalty. Reportedly, Aishwarya will be playing the same role as the lawyer in the movie while Irfan Khan plays the role of a suspended cop.


    Jazbaa will also have Shabana Azmi and Anupam Kher in prominent roles along with John Abraham who will be seen in an extended cameo that of a gangster. Jazba is produced by White Feather Films in association with Essel Vision and is slated to go on floors on January 10, 2015 and it is said to premiere at Cannes Film Festival in May, 2015. It will release sometime in the fall of 2015.
