The film stars Schumer along with an ensemble cast that includes Tilda Swinton, Bill Hader, Brie Larson, Colin Quinn, Barkhad Abdi, Mike Birbiglia, Jon Glaser, Vanessa Bayer, John Cena, Ezra Miller, LeBron James, Method Man, Jim Norton and Norman Lloyd.

"Since she was a little girl, it's been drilled into Amy's head by her rascal of a dad that monogamy isn't realistic.
