© A24 Films present the first official trailer of Slow West, the upcoming western action thriller written and directed by John Maclean. The film stars Michael Fassbender & Kodi Smit-McPhee in lead roles.

At the end of the nineteenth century, 16-year-old Jay Cavendish (Kodi Smit-McPhee) journeys across the American frontier in search of the woman he loves. He is joined by Silas (Michael Fassbender), a mysterious traveler, and hotly pursued by an outlaw along the way.
The film will have a theatrical release on May 15, 2015 in United States and simultaneously will be available on iTunes. It is set to release on 26 June 2015. (UK) & will premiere at Tribeca Film Festival in April.
Plot:
"A bounty hunter (Michael Fassbender) keeps his true motive a secret from the naive Scottish teenager (Kodi Smit-McPhee) he's offered to serve as bodyguard and guide while the youth searches for his beloved in 1800s Colorado."
