Max (2015) Movie Trailer and Poster - War Dog Movie Family Drama

Warner Bros. and MGM (via Yahoo!) have revealed the first trailer and poster for inspirational family drama and dog story 'Max,' which opens in theaters on June 26.

Max is directed by Boaz Yakin and written by Sheldon Lettich & Boaz Yakin.

The film stars Robbie Amell, Lauren Graham, Thomas Haden Church, Jay Hernandez, Luke Kleintank and Josh Wiggins.

Max is a coming-of-age story about a young teen from a family dealing with loss, who finds friendship, comfort and adventure with the heroic military dog of his fallen brother

Plot:
"A Belgian Shepherd Malinois military working dog returns from active service in Afghanistan traumatized by his handler's death. Erratic and dangerous, Max is adopted by the bereaved family and bonds with the Marine's troubled 14-year old brother. Together they unravel the secret behind his brother's death and pull a family together again."

Max will debut in theaters on 26 June 2015.
