'Skins' and 'The Maze Runner' actress Kaya Scodelario will join the cast of the upcoming, fifth Pirates of the Caribbean movie titled Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) which is an Action/Adventure/Comedy film.
It is directed by Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, who earlier confirmed via Twitter the casting of 'Kaya Scodelario'.
Johnny Depp will return as Captain Jack Sparrow, with Javier Bardem playing the villain Captain Brand and Brenton Thwaites is also set to co-star.

Plot:
"The fifth installment follows the adventures of Captain Jack Sparrow as the eccentric pirate crosses paths with Captain Brand, a ghost who seeks revenge for his brother’s death, which he blames on Jack Sparrow."
In spite of diminishing returns in terms of fan enthusiasm and reviews, the Pirates franchise continues to be one of Disney's biggest non-Marvel moneymakers, and audience surveys have indicated that the fifth film is highly anticipated.
