President Snow's Second Panem Address
Below is the first teaser/President Snow's first address to Panem:

Framed as a public service announcement on Capitol TV, the ad features Snow on a white throne, wearing his signature white rose on the lapel of his fur coat. The fascist President boasts of Panem’s prosperity, praising his people for their hard work and obedience. Then he makes a chillingly calm promise. "If you resist the system, you will starve yourself. If you fight against it, it is you who will bleed," Sutherland intones. "I know you will stand with me, with us, with all of us, together, as one."

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 is an upcoming 2014 Science-Fiction /Adventure/Action film directed by the famous Francis Lawrence and written by Danny Strong and Peter Craig. It is the first of two cinematic parts based on the novel Mockingjay, the final book in The Hunger Games trilogy, written by Suzanne Collins, and the third installment in The Hunger Games film series. The film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. It is the sequel to The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and will be followed by the concluding film, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2.
Plot:
"Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice, but even though she's made it out of the bloody arena alive, she's still not safe. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge. President Snow makes it clear that no one is safe either - not Katniss's family, not her friends and not the people of District 12.."
