X-Men: Days of Future Past is an upcoming action-thriller-fantasy movie directed by Bryan Singer and the movie acts as a sequel to both 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand and 2011's X-Men: First Class, as well as a follow-up to 2013's The Wolverine. It stars an ensemble cast including Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Nicholas Hoult, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart. The story is written by Simon Kinberg, Matthew Vaughn, and Jane Goldman, with Kinberg writing the screenplay.
The film was shot in 3D and is scheduled to be released on May 23, 2014. The budget of the movie is reported to be a mammoth $ 220 million.
PLOT:
"X-Men: Days Of Future Past ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods. The characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class in a battle in which they must change the past – to save their future."
Marvel has just released another movie clip from the movie featurring the Magneto played by Michael Fassbender. In this clip, Magneto destroys a baseball stadium using his powers by lifting the whole stadium off the ground. Watch the video below and Enjoy:
This time X-Men: Days of Future Past takes place in the real world in the 1970s, so the stadium Magneto is destroying is actually a real place.
The baseball stadium is Robert F. Kennedy stadium, former home of Washington D.C.'s baseball teams the Senators (from the park's opening in 1961 to 1971) and the Nationals (from 2005 to 2007) along with the Washington Redskins football team (from 1961 to 1996).
