Thanks to 'The Weinstein Company, here is a new movie clip from the Romantic/Drama movie 'The Immigrant' directed by James Gray. The movie stars Marion Cotillard, Joaquin Phoenix & Jeremy Renner in lead roles. It is scheduled to be released theatrically on 16th May, 2014.
The film was also known by the names Low Life and The Nightingale.
The production costs of 'The Immigrant' were around 16 million $.

Plot:
"The story is set in 1921, when a Catholic Polish woman Ewa (Marion Cotillard) arrive in New York. Ewa is almost deported, but Bruno (Joaquin Phoenix) takes Ewa to his house. Knowing that Ewa has to make money to get Magda out, Bruno lets her dance at the Bandits' Roost theater and she become a prostitute. She meets Emil (Jeremy Renner), Bruno's cousin who is nicknamed Orlando the Magician. Emil tries to save her, but Bruno stabs him to death. Finally Ewa meets Magda again, leaving Bruno alone."
